ABC Voices : Mini Documentary Premiere

ABC Voices : Mini Documentary Premiere In-Person

ABC Voices is a cinematic mini-documentary that uncovers the powerful, often unseen connections between the past, present, and future of Black life in Airdrie. Through deeply personal stories, the film highlights Elders who carry the earliest chapters of our community’s history, entrepreneurs building local legacies, teachers bridging generations, and youth who represent a vibrant and flourishing future. ABC Voices brings Black history close to home—human, local, and profoundly relevant to all who call Airdrie home.

To make this premiere accessible to as many community members as possible, the documentary will be screened three times within a two-hour window on February 7, allowing guests to arrive and participate at a time that works for them. The same screening format will also be offered again on February 21, providing another opportunity to experience this important and moving film.
