Little Kids Yoga In-Person

This program brings mindful movement to life in a fun, energizing, and accessible way! Through playful stretches, creative movement flows, and simple breath practices, participants will learn how to shake off stress, reset their bodies, and feel more calm and focused.

We’ll explore how our bodies and emotions are connected- noticing how a big stretch can boost confidence, how a slow breath can calm big feelings, and how movement can shift our mood. Along the way, participants will build adaptive coping skills, strengthen emotional intelligence, and gain tools they can use anytime they need to refocus or recharge.

Expect movement, laughter, creativity, and meaningful moments of connection- all while fostering resilience and supporting overall mental health and wellness.

Ages: 6-9.
