Mindfulness Matters: Strategies to Help Regulate Children with Anxiety In-Person
This education session is designed to support parents and caregivers of children with anxiety by increasing their understanding and confidence in responding to anxious behaviors. Parents and caregivers will receive psychoeducation about what anxiety is, how it shows up, and how they can help their child navigate difficult moments. This session will also introduce hands-on, practical, evidence-based strategies that can be used to help children manage anxiety, build coping skills, and increase resilience at home and in their daily life.
