Massage, Movement, and Rhythm for Baby In-Person

Join us for a gentle, welcoming workshop for families with babies aged 0–12 months. Designed especially for new parents, this session offers simple, practical ideas you can easily use at home to support your baby’s development and strengthen your connection.

In this one‑hour workshop, parents will explore the benefits of infant massage and movement, as well as how music, rhythm, and sound can help calm and engage babies. Participants are encouraged to bring their baby along with a partner or friend to this inclusive session. Having an extra set of hands can be especially helpful during moments when your baby needs additional care, allowing you to remain comfortable, supported, and engaged in the learning experience.

In partnership with Dr. Melanie Beingessner and Alison Seipp.
