Resonant Bodies, Resonant Peace
Where we place our attention is where we place our energy. Resonant Bodies, Resonant Peace is an immersive listening experience that explores how, with conscious attention
and intention, music can synchronize emotional and physiological states amongst both listeners and performers. Inspired by ideas surrounding heart–brain coherence and contemplative listening practices, the program invites audiences to slow down, breathe together, and experience music as a shared space of awareness. In doing so, we not only
bring healing and peace to ourselves, but also remember a deeper level of compassion, understanding, and loving kindness for one another. During these divisive times, remembering to live and feel from our hearts is more important than ever before, and only through connection with one another can we develop a collective energy for peace.
