Film Obsessed? Want to spark interesting conversations about the thought -provoking film you've just watched? Register for a night at Airdrie's Social Cinema: A community film club offering film lovers the chance to watch together and celebrate classic, world and arthouse films that you might otherwise not know about. 
 
Better yet! We are bringing cinema to Airdrie for free with the hopes of cultivating a film loving community with plans to grow AND popcorn is available for a toonie (cash only please). 

October's Film:  Rocky Horror Picture Show

Let’s do the Time Warp again! The adventure begins where it always does, as newly engaged Brad and Janet encounter car trouble in rainy weather. When they stop to look for help, they find themselves at the castle of the charming transvestite, Dr. Frank-N-Furter. They’re offered shelter for the night, but will they want to stay?

• Audience participation is encouraged. Dress up, bring props, and sing along! And yes, you can bring your own props! 
• Welcome props: toilet paper, newspaper, flashlight/glow stick, cards, rubber gloves, noisemakers, party hat.
• Banned props: large water guns, glitter style confetti, hot dogs, prunes, lighters/open flames, buttered/jammed toast or otherwise

This will be screened at the Presenter/Theatre Space in The City of Airdrie side of Inspire.
